What Working Together Looks Like
Play therapy is a process, not a quick fix.
Before any sessions begin, we take time to ensure this approach feels right for your child — and for you.
Parent consultations offer space to ask questions and understand how play therapy works.
Individual sessions focus on your child’s emotional world, using play as the language for expression, regulation, and healing.
Below you’ll find the current service options and session details.
Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT)
Child-Centered Play Therapy is a developmentally appropriate approach that allows children to express thoughts, feelings, and experiences through play—their natural language. In a safe, supportive environment, children lead the sessions while the therapist provides empathy, acceptance, and understanding. This process helps children build emotional resilience, improve behaviour, and develop healthy coping skills.

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)
Child-Parent Relationship Therapy is a research-based, play-focused parent training program that strengthens the parent-child bond. Through special play sessions and guided support, parents learn to respond more effectively to their child’s emotional needs, reduce behavioral challenges, and deepen connection. CPRT empowers caregivers to become the healing agent in their child’s life.
